SALISBURY — A Salisbury man was jailed Sunday under $5,000 bond after authorities say he used methamphetamine while a 13-month-old child was in the home.
Kenneth Scott Hayes, 31, of Eastbrook Circle is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hayes, who is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
ROCKWELL — A Rockwell 16-year-old was released into the custody of his mother Sunday after authorities say he took a four-wheeler, which was recovered.
