LANDIS — South Rowan won 6-2 against West Rowan on Tuesday in South Piedmont Conference action.

The Raiders (10-6, 8-6) are 7-0 against West Rowan, East Rowan and Carson.

Peyton Bell scored twice for the Raiders. Ella Morgan, Hailee Ashby, Chloe Tracy and Cailynn Withers scored a goal each.

Sophie Steedley had two assists. Ashby, Morgan and Bell had one each.

Margo Maples made 13 saves.

South is 20th in the 3A West RPI rankings and is headed for the 3A state playoffs.

South finishes league play with games against Robinson and Concord.
