Incidents and felony arrests — April 29

Those listed below with charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Salisbury Police reports

• An incident of credit card fraud on Mooresville Road was reported at 9:58 a.m. April 22. Total estimated loss was $640.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Pinewood Avenue reportedly occurred between 10 p.m. April 24 and 6:15 a.m. April 25. Total estimated loss was $389.

• A report of shots fired on North Jackson Street was made at 1:43 pm. April 25.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Mahaley Avenue reportedly occurred at 1:20 a.m. April 26.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Julian Road reportedly occurred about 7:30 a.m. April 26.

• Property damage from a hit and run on West Henderson Street reportedly occurred about 8:45 a.m. April 26.

• A burglary on West Kerr Street was reported at 8:45 p.m. April 26.

• An assault on Standish Street reportedly occurred about 9:45 a.m.

• An assault on Freedom Drive reportedly occurred between 2:30 and 2:59 p.m. April 27.

• An attempted burglary of a business on East Innes Street reportedly occurred at 2 a.m. April 28.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Property damage due to vandalism on St. Peters Church Road reportedly occurred at 1:20 a.m. April 24.

• A larceny from a building on Park Edwards Road, Kannapolis reportedly occurred between 9 p.m. April 23 and 10 a.m. April 24.

• An assault on East Ridge Road reportedly occurred about 5 p.m. April 24.

• A report of miscellaneous littering/trash dumping on Autumn Blaze Road, China Grove was made about 5 p.m. April 24. The report was of dumping human waste from a motor home in a neighborhood under development.

• A report of fraud involving wire/computer/electronic manipulation on Wensil Lane, Kannapolis was taken April 25 for an incident that happened between April 1 and April 24.

• Larceny from a motor vehicle on Cool Side Drive reportedly occurred between 6:30 p.m. April 25 and 8:40 a.m. April 26.

• A theft of a motor vehicle from Mt. Hope Church Road reportedly occurred between midnight April 8 and 5:15 p.m. April 26.

• Megan Deshae Honeycutt, 30, was charged April 23 on a felony warrant from another agency.

• Clint Allan Fontenot, 36, was charged April 23 with resist/obstruct/delay of an officer (non-assault) and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
