Those listed below with charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty
Salisbury Police reports
• Property damage from a hit and run on West Henderson Street reportedly occurred about 1:45 p.m. April 16.
• Property damage on Klumac Road reportedly occurred between 2 and 6 p.m. April 16.
• A report of shots fired on Green Street was made at 2:10 a.m. April 17. No injuries were reported.
• Nickole Lorraine Coward, 44, was charged April 16 with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports
• A report of shots fired on Hildebrand Road was made at 1:14 a.m. April 14.
• A theft of a motor vehicle from St. Peters Church Road reportedly occurred about 1:44 p.m. April 14.
• A motor vehicle theft on Athens Drive reportedly occurred between 2 and 3 p.m. April 13.
• A theft of a firearm from Hickory Lane reportedly occurred between 5 and 6a:30 p.m. April 14.
• A burglary of a property on Dappler Lane reportedly occurred between 5:30 and 7:10 p.m. April 14.
• A report of internet crimes against children on Troutman Road, Rockwell was made at 11:18 a.m. April 15 and is under investigation.
• An assault by pointing a gun at someone on Peeler Road reportedly occurred about 8:35 p.m. April 15.
• Janay Khajoffa Burgos, 30, was charged April 14 with felony hit and run causing injury, no liability insurance, driving without a registration, expired or no inspection and failure to yield causing serious injury.
• Adam Lee Gibson, 35, was charged April 14 as a habitual felon.
• Eric Douglas Coates Jr, 24, was charged April 14 with common law robbery and assault with a deadly weapon or assault inflicting serious injury.
• Patrina Devette Wylie, 53, was charged April 15 with felony larceny.
