All those listed below with charges are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Salisbury Police reports

• Property damage on W. Fisher Street reportedly occurred between 7 p.m. March 11 and 12:43 a.m. March 12.

• A burglary on Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m March 12. Total estimated loss was $3,110.

• Kinsman Dyshun Burns, 43, was charged March 12 with possession of schedule II controlled substance and false imprisonment common law.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A larceny of automobile accessories from Recovery Road, China Grove reportedly occurred between noon Feb. 23 and noon March 11.

• A theft of a truck from Sherrills Ford Road reportedly occurred between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. March 11.

• April Nicole Fitzgerald, 34, was charged March 11 with two counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance.

• Charles Lawrence Geter, 64, was charged March 11 with possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon,

• Andrea Marie Reynolds, 50, was charged March 11 with trafficking in heroin or opium, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher Jerel Collins, 57, was charged March 11 with trafficking in heroin or opium, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple misdemeanor possession of schedule III controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance.

• Mallor Erin Reynolds, 38, was charged March 11 with trafficking in heroin or opium and simple misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance.

• Daniel Wilfred Britt, 52, was charged March 11 with trafficking heroin or opium, possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or sell schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance.

• Garrett Scott Carpenter, 62, was charged March 11 with possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or sell schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance.

• Brandi Lastell Smith, 41, was charged March 11 with general misdemeanor child abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
