Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Larceny reportedly occurred on China Grove Road in China Grove between 7 p.m. on March 9 and 7 a.m. on March 10.

• An assault with a knife reportedly occurred at the roundabout on U.S. Hwy. 152 in China Grove around 5:30 a.m. on March 10.

• Larceny reportedly occurred near Hope Lane and Madison Road in China Grove around 11 a.m. on March 10.

• Larceny reportedly occurred on Briggs Road in Salisbury between 12:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. on March 10.

• Larceny reportedly occurred on Glory Road in China Grove between noon on Feb. 24 and 3 p.m. on March 8.

• A chase involving a stolen motor vehicle occurred on U.S. Hwy. 601 around 5:40 p.m. on March 10.

• Trespassing reportedly occurred on Agner Road in Salisbury around 6:50 p.m. on March 10.

• While on patrol on I-85 north in Salisbury around 11:30 p.m. on March 10, a deputy struck a metal object in the roadway.

• Robert Keith Dalton, 50, of Rockwell, was charged as a habitual felon on March 10.

• J. T. Hall, 49, of Mooresville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree arson and breaking and entering on March 10.

• Diosdado Alejandro Gonsalez-Rosales, 38, of Faith, was charged with assault on a female on March 10.

• Christie Yvonne Nichols, 54, of Salisbury, was was charged with misdemeanor larceny on March 10.

In Salisbury Police Department reports

• Embezzlement reportedly occurred on Executive Drive between 11:55 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2024 and 11:55 a.m. on Jan. 27.

• Property was found on Bendix Drive on March 11.

• Tampering with a motor vehicle reportedly occurred on Bringle Ferry Road between 1 a.m. and 9:49 a.m. on March 11.

• Burglary reportedly occurred W. 11th Street between 3 p.m. on March 7 and 10:30 a.m. on March 11. The total estimated loss was $125.

• Christopher Michael Richmond, 36, was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence on March 11.

• Ashley Elizabeth Chew, 35, was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence on March 11.

• Jacob Jeffrey Davis, 37, was charged with vandalism on March 11.

• Matthew Chase Ball, 22, was charged with misuse of 911 on March 11.
