Salisbury Police reports

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Crestview Avenue reportedly occurred between 4 and 6 a.m. Mar. 3. Total estimated loss was $1,150.

• Vandalism on Cherry Street reportedly occurred between 11 p.m. March 6 and 6:35 a.m. March 7.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred between 5 and 10 p.m. March 6 and was reported to police March 7.

• A theft of a moped from West Horah Street reportedly occurred between 10 p.m. March 6 and 10 a.m. March 7.

• Property damage on Tabernacle Street reportedly occurred about 7:40 p.m. March 7.

• An assault on West Fisher Street reportedly occurred about 7:45 a.m. March 8.

• A theft of a motor vehicle from Admiral Drive reportedly occurred between 7 p.m. Mar. 7 and 9:47 a.m. March 8.

• Vandalism on East Lafayette Street reportedly occurred between 10:20 a.m. March 7 and 1:20 p.m. March 8.

• An assault on East Innes Street reportedly occurred about 3:42 p.m. March 8.

• An assault on Peeler Road reportedly occurred about 6:40 p.m. March 9.

• A robbery of a firearm from Mooresville Road reportedly occurred about 12:21 a.m. March 10. Total estimated loss was $500.

• Timothy Deshannon Boyd, 54, was charged March 7 with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

• Billy Lee Presnell, 42, was charged March 7 with misdemeanor impaired driving.

• Darrell Eugene McCleave, 43, was charged March 7 with felony breaking or entering buildings.

• Terrell Moray Diggs, 45, was charged March 8 with misdemeanor larceny.

• Carlene Sharea Tinley, 50, was charged March 9 with felony obtaining property by false pretenses.

• Alfred Montgomery, 65, was charged March 9 with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.

• Willie James Collins, 64, was charged March 9 with felony fraud.

• Rahiem Jakil Hovis, 26, was charged March 9 with misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

• Willie Lewis Walker, 68, was charged March 9 with misdemeanor larceny.

• Nicole Cathcart Land, 55, was charged March 10 with misdemeanor misuse of the 911 system.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A larceny of a trailer from Mill Wheel Drive reportedly occurred between 11:46 a.m. Nov. 8 and 11:46 a.m. March 5. The incident was reported March 7.

• A motor vehicle theft from Pineview Circle reportedly occurred between 4 p.m. March 4 and 11:30 a.m. March 5.

• Property damage and vandalism on Saw Dust Trail reportedly occurred between noon Feb. 21 and 12:03 p.m. March 7.

• A larceny of two trailers from a business on Auction Drive reportedly occurred at 1:22 p.m. March 7.

• A larceny of a boat on Long Ferry Road reportedly occurred at 4:42 p.m. March 7. 

• An assault on Pamela Street, China Grove reportedly occurred about 6:38 a.m. March 8.

• A larceny from a motor vehicle on Statesville Boulevard reportedly occurred between 7 p.m. March 7 and 8 a.m. March 8.

• An accidental shooting on Barnhardt Road, China Grove reportedly occurred about 2:30 p.m. March 8.

• Keith Jason Pittman, 46, was charged March 6 with simple affray.

• Kenny Alton Hooper Jr., 46, was charged March 6 on a governor’s warrant.

• Sunnie Amanda Peckinpaugh, 35, was charged March 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Johnny Wayne Lambert, 35, was charged March 6 with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, assault on a female,, injury to personal property and misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

• Anna Marie Moneymaker, 24, was charged March 6 with second-degree burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen goods.

• Jason Dean Barnette, 44, was charged March 7 with breaking and entering.

• Andrew Joseph Ketchie, 34, was charged March 7 with misdemeanor larceny.

• Brittany Lynn Pousset, 33, was charged March 7 with failure to appear and as a fugitive from justice.

• Justin Michael Powers, 42, was charged March 7 with possession of up to 1/2 ounce of marijuana, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kasey Michael Rhinier, 24, was charged March 8 with assault on a female.
