MT. ULLA  — St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 11020 N.C. Hwy. 801, Mt. Ulla, will be hosting a fish fry and yard sale to benefit individuals in need.

A yard sale will be held on two Saturdays, with a pre-sale planned for March 8 from 8 a.m. to noon and again on March 15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The fish fry will be held March 15 beginning at 11 a.m. until sold out. The menu will include fish, french fries, hushpuppies, slaw, dessert and a beverage. Hot dogs, served all the way, will also be available. Dine-in, drive-through and carry-out will all be available.

As noted on the church’s website, there is no charge as they are collecting cash donations to help those that are in need. The site also stated that “for the convenience of our guests,” they would accept donations via PayPal and Venmo as well.
