Man charged with stopping, entering school bus
SALISBURY — Salisbury police say Felix Merino-Torres, 61, managed to force a school bus to stop, then got on the bus to yell at students. Merino-Torres allegedly told police he was angry because someone on the bus made an obscene gesture at him. Police say the bus driver got between him and the students, so he yelled at the kids before getting off the bus. Police obtained a warrant, and on Feb. 27, Merino-Torres was charged with trespassing/impeding a school bus and non-assault resist/obstruct/delay of a public officer.
