Salisbury Police reports

• A larceny from Confederate Avenue reportedly occurred about 2 a.m. March 3. Total estimated loss was $5,000.

• A larceny from Mocksville Avenue reportedly occurred between 3 p.m. Feb. 27 and 9 a.m. March 2. Total estimated loss was $2,800.

• A burglary at Sunshine Carwashes, Stokes Ferry Road, reportedly occurred between 10:38 a.m. March 2 and 11:30 a.m. March 3. Total estimated loss was $300.

• A larceny from Club House Drive reportedly occurred between 8 p.m. Mar. 2 and 3:19 p.m. March 3. Total estimated loss was $1,000.

• A larceny from Confederate Avenue reportedly occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. March 3. Total estimated loss was $180.

• Miranda Sue Keena, 45, was charged March 4 with misdemeanor misuse of the 911 system.

• Larceny from a motor vehicle on Wendover Drive reportedly occurred about 7 am. Feb. 27.

• A larceny of a trailer from a church on Bostian Road, China Grove reportedly occurred between 3:05 p.m. Nov. 20, 2024 and 3:05 p.m. Feb. 28.

• Property damage to a car due to vandalism on China Grove Road, China Grove reportedly occurred between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 28.

• An attempted burglary on Montana Drive, Kannapolis reportedly occurred about 4:06 p.m. Feb. 28. 

• An assault on Hope Hill Road reportedly occurred about 6 p.m. Feb. 28.

• An assault on Old Beatty Ford Road, Rockwell reportedly occurred about 6 p.m. Feb. 28.

• A burlgary on Lowder Road reportedly occurred about 11:45 p.m. Feb. 28.

• A burglary on West C Street, Kannapolis reportedly occurred about 9:48 a.m. March 1.

• A larceny on Windy Hill Drive reportedly occurred between 4 p.m. Feb. 26 and 8:30 a.m. March 1.

• A burglary and property damage due to vandalism on Stokes Ferry Road reportedly occurred about 12:45 a.m. March 2.

• A larceny from Scaley Bark Drive reportedly occurred between 10:30 p.m. March 1 and 1 p.m. March 2.

• A larceny from a building on Enon Church Road reportedly occurred between noon Feb. 23 and 9 a.m. March 2.

• Mitchell Ryan Herrington, 43, was charged Feb. 27 with communicating threats.

• Anna Marie Moneymaker, 24, was charged Feb. 27 with second-degree burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen goods.

• Claymore Christopher Jones Sr., 53, was charged Feb. 27 with possession with intent to manufacture schedule I controlled substance, three counts of trafficking heroin or opium, conspiracy to sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture schedule II controlled substance, possession with eight counts of intent to manufacture/sell/distribute schedule I substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute schedule II substance, and trafficking in methamphetamine.

• Deantonio Neshad Mattison, 37, was charged Feb. 27 with misdemeanor larceny and felony larceny.

• Timothy Scott Glover, 33, was charged Feb. 28 with three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Sherman William Moss, 59, was charged Feb. 28 with second-degree trespassing.

• Anthony James Sadler, 22, was charged Feb. 28 with possession of methamphetamine.

• Janice Mae McManus, 36, was charged Feb. 28 with crime of domestic violence.

• Datavian Kemaren Davis, 25, was charged Feb. 28 with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, four counts trafficking in heroin or opium and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse.

• Jacob Scott Pilkington, 30, was charged Feb. 28 with possession of methamphetamine, driving with a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule III controlled substance.

• Heather Michelle Miller, 50, was charged Feb. 28 with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of schedule I controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John Grant Corl, 61, was charged Feb. 28 with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance.

• Levi Paul Tingler, 41, was charged Feb. 28 with assault on a female and crime of domestic violence.

• Luther Wayland Campbell, 22, was charged March 1 with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building, possession of methamphetamine, two counts trafficking in opium or heroin, violation of probation, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and simple possession of schedule II controlled substance.

• Emelio Torres Mesa, 43, was charged March 2 with driving while impaired and resist/obstruct/delay of a public officer.
