• A theft of a motor vehicle from Enterprise on Bendix Drive reportedly occurred between 11:07 a.m. Jan. 23 and 11:07 Feb. 18.

• A larceny of a dog from East Innes Street reportedly occurred about 3:57 p.m. Feb. 18. Total estimated loss was $1,000.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Circle Drive reportedly occurred between noon and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 18.

• Property damage on West D Avenue reportedly occurred about 10:20 p.m. Feb. 18.

• Darell Eugene McCleave, 43, was charged Feb. 19 with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.

• Patrick John Martinichio 43, was charged Feb. 19 with defrauding an innkeeper or campground owner.

• A report of property damage due to vandalism on Old Concord Road at Mt. Hope Church Road reportedly occurred at 10:19 a.m. Feb. 17.

• A larceny from Ridgeland Drive reportedly occurred between midnight Feb. 3 and 11 a.m. Feb. 17.

• Christopher May Riddle, 46, was charged Feb. 17 with failure to stop for siren.

• Billy Ray Cline, 53, was charged Feb. 17 with probation violation.

• Adam Dwight Kenerly, 38, was charged Feb. 17 with obtaining property by false pretenses.

• William Zachary McAlister, 37, was charged Feb. 17 with violation of a domestic violence order.
