SALISBURY — Looking for a Valentine’s Day treat for that special someone?
The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra will be offering the next concert in its Serenade Series on Feb. 14 at 6 p.m., which the symphony website says is “designed with couples in mind” and that it is a newly created event replacing Ladies’ Night.
Titled “Candlelight and Cocktails,” the concert will be held in a new location, The Heritage Room, 118 E. Council St., Salisbury, and will feature an all-female string quintet led by the symphony orchestra’s violinist Kate Middel.
As shared on the orchestra website, she is the Salisbury Symphony’s associate principal violist and serves as the orchestra committee chairperson and teaches with the Salisbury Symphony After School Strings.
The other performers for the evening include Laura Blankenship, violin; Katie Miller, violin; Hannah Fishastion, cello; and Mara Barker, double bass.
Tickets for the concert may be purchased online at salisburysymphony.org.
