Letter: Totally needless indulgence

I saw on the news that Trump is going to attend the Super Bowl. How much will the jet fuel and the security detail cost? Are the American taxpayers footing the bill for this totally needless indulgence? This is just another example of his total lack of intelligent thought, yet a minor one compared to all the others. Has he no shame? How is this cutting federal spending?
