Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• An abduction was reported on U.S. Hwy. 601 about 7:45 a.m. Feb. 2.

• A burglary with property damage on Old Mocksville Road reportedly occurred about 11:46 p.m. Feb. 2.

• Procoro Efren Salinas-Jiminez, 19, was charged Feb. 2 with carrying a concealed weapon and felony flee to elude.

• Garrietta Deshawn Patterson, 42 was charged Feb 2 with second-degree trespassing.

• Roger McCall Finley II, 22, was charged Feb. 2 with felony flee to elude, possession of up to 1/2 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to yield for law, fire, rescue or ambulance vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, speeding more than 15 mph over the speed limit,  driving with a revoked license and fictitious tag/license plate.

• Phong See, 34, was charged Feb. 2 with larceny, three orders for arrest on true bills of indictment and failure to appear.

Salisbury Police reports

• A burglary at a construction site on Mahaley Avenue reportedly occurred between midnight Feb. 1 and 6:30 a.m. Feb. 3.

• Tesha Denise Hillian, 43, was charged Feb. 3 with misdemeanor impaired driving.
