Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• An illegal dump site on Powlas Road, Cleveland was reportedly discovered about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 20 and reported Jan. 8.

An assault on Timber Spring Lane reportedly occurred at 10:07 a.m. Jan. 8.

Jacqueline Victoria Hill, 19, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with simple assault.

Salisbury Police reports

A larceny of automobile accessories from East Innes Street reportedly occurred between 8:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Jan. 6 and was reported Jan. 8.

A burglary on Davis Street reportedly occurred about 11:30 a.m. Jan. 8.

Amaya Michelle Treadway, 24, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shonda Michelle Ford, 45, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Kimber Ann Padgett, 33, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Brian Keith White, 53, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing.

Bernard Johnson, 55, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Za’koria Nichell Brown, 19, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with felony carrying a concealed pistol/gun.

Damon Luqueise Wood, 22, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with felony carrying a concealed pistol/gun.

Amy Lynne Beers, 53, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with two counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Bernard McClendon, 53, was arrested Jan, 8 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing.

Candace Blair Kirkkley, 39, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Michael Stephenson Hamilton, 48, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with misdemeanor larceny resist/obstruct/delay of an officer, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and on a warrant service.
