Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A theft from a motor vehicle on Stokes Ferry Road reportedly occurred between 12:30 and 8 a.m. Aug. 5.

• A theft from a motor vehicle on East Ridge Road reportedly occurred between 4 p.m. June 4 and 4:40 p.m. Aug. 5.

• A theft from a building on Tingle Drive was reported at 10:06 p.m. Aug. 5.

• Gregory Allen, 45, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with driving with a revoked license and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.

• Casey Nicole Hines, 33, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with obstruction of justice, reckless driving, driving with a revoked license, speeding, felony larceny, misdemeanor larceny, felony flee to elude, habitual larceny, reckless driving, and reckless driving to endanger.

• Jeffrey Warren Reed Sr, 48, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.

• Paul Douglas Welch, 56, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with second-degree trespassing.

• Matthew Scott Trexler, 50, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with assault on a female.

Salisbury Police reports

• A theft from a motor vehicle on Standish Street reportedly occurred about 7:45 a.m. Aug. 6. Total estimated loss was $50.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Gold Hill Drive reportedly occurred between noon Aug. 4 and 10 a.m. Aug. 5.

• A larceny from a property on West Horah Street reportedly occurred between 8 p.m. Aug. 5 and 11:30 a.m. Aug. 6. Total estimated loss was $50.

• Property damage from a hit and run on Bethel Drive reportedly occurred between 5:30 and 11 a.m. Aug. 6.

• A vehicle license plate was reportedly stolen from Tabernacle Street sometime between noon Aug. 1 and noon Aug. 6.

• Charles Ricardo Crump, 54, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• James Nelson Hall, 77, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.
