Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (CACCE) names 2024 board of directors

SALISBURY — Rowan County Chamber President Elaine Spalding was recently announced as a member of the 2024 board of directors for the Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (CACCE).

The following chamber professionals have been elected to serve on the 2024 executive committee:

President – Liz Horton, Greenville (S.C.) Chamber

President-elect – Natalie English, Wilmington Chamber

Treasurer – Chris Hardy, Greater Sumter (S.C.) Chamber

Immediate past president – Charles Hardin, Blowing Rock Chamber

In addition to Spalding, the following chamber professionals have been elected to serve on the board of directors for 2024:

CACCE is the professional development organization for chamber of commerce executives and staff members in North Carolina and South Carolina. The organization was formed in 1994 when the North Carolina and South Carolina state chamber associations merged.
