No one hurt as electrical problem leads to fire on Hartman Road

Fire departments from around Rowan County responded to arcing power lines outside a home Hartman Road, just off Bringle Ferry Road, around 2 p.m. on Saturday. No injuries were reported and Duke Power workers arrived to shut off the power and make repairs.
