Third-seeded Salisbury eliminated favored Davie County 83-78 in a semifinal of this year’s Christmas Tournament on Wednesday night at Catawba College’s Goodman Gymnasium. In the other semi, West Rowan led top-seed North Rowan 33-27 at halftime when an exchange of gunfire in the lobby forced officials to cancel all remaining games.
