From Salisbury High
The Rowan-Salisbury Schools district has given high schools and middle schools the green light for fall sports to begin workouts starting Wednesday, June 17.
Winter and spring sports can start working out July 6.
Paperwork must be filled out before participating and each student-athlete and parent must sign it before participation begins.
Athletes must:
  • Come dressed ready to participate (no locker rooms to change).
  • Bring their own water bottle (labeled with their name before arriving).
  • Not bring their own game ball.
  • Be checked daily by the athletic trainer before participating in workouts.

Athletes will have access to water fountain (one person at a time) and the training room will be only for injuries, so there will be no pre-taping.

The check-in station will be in the corner of the student parking lot (tennis, baseball and gymnasium).

Your coach will get in touch about workout times if they are going to have them.

Be mindful that weather could cancel activities outside, so your coach will be responsible for getting this information to you.
