6:30 p.m. Oct. 20

Aryn-Wright Thompson, who played the title role in the National hit movie “Overcomer” will be at First Baptist Sunday to give some behind the scenes making the movie and her struggles with identity.

The movie opened in the top three movie releases of all films in the nation and has played at Tinseltown since August.

Over the last 15 years, filmmakers Alex and Stephen Kendrick have created “Facing the Giants,” “Fireproof,” “Courageous” and “War Room.”

Their latest release,” Overcomer” delves deeply into a person’s quest to find true identity and self-worth.
