Carolina Artists Expo 2019

Tonight: Reception and award presentation 6:30 p.m.

Exhibit hours Sept. 19-20: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

The Carolina Artists’ annual Expo is being held at the Salisbury Civic Center, 315 MLK Jr. Ave. Included in the show are entries in oil, acrylic, watercolor, drawing, pastels, mixed media, collage, digital art and photography, with prizes in each category.

A special welcome goes out to participants from our veteran community, including NC Veteran’s Art Show award winner, Tom Petty.

The show will be judged by Jonathan Hoffman, lead faculty AFA in Visual Arts, Department of Applied and Fine Arts, Rowan Cabarrus Community College.

Admission is free to the show and to tonight’s reception.

The Carolina Artists meet at 6:30 p.m. on third Thursdays at Rufty-Holmes Senior Center. Visitors and new members are always welcome. Visit www.thecarolinaartists.org
