GRANITE QUARRY — On Friday Sept. 20 from 6-9 p.m. at Rowan Museum’s “German Evening,” enjoy a whole cooked pig by Carolina Malt House, German sides and desserts by Buttercup Catering, New Sarum Brewing’s famous Braun Bock on tap and Dr. Michael Thompson of Pfeiffer University speaking on the importance of North Carolina BBQ.
