Jerusalem Baptist Homecoming
Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1570 N. Long St., will celebrate homecoming on Sunday during the 11 a.m. service. Guest speaker is Rev. Teresa Jones Hardy. Pastor Hardy is the leader of the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Providence and is the chaplain of VITAS Hospice care in Fairfield.
Dinner will be served at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dr. David Bracken is host pastor.

 

God Will Be Done Ministry
God Will Be Done Ministry, 1401 Bringle Ferry Road, celebrates its 6th anniversary with a special service on Sunday. Assistant pastor Anthony Hackett of GWBD Ministry will bring the morning message. Dinner will be served from 2-3 p.m.
Overseer Pastor Hattie Chambers of God’s Will Deliverance Ministry will speak at 4 p.m.

 

White Rock AME Zion
GRANITE QUARRY — White Rock AME Zion Church will celebrate Homecoming on Sunday. Rev. Jordan B. Boyd, pastor of Rockwell AME Zion Church of Charlotte, will be the 3 p.m. speaker. Rev. Boyd is a native of Memphis, Tenn. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, AR and Masters of Arts in Theology from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Charlotte.
Lunch is served at 2 p.m.
Revival services are Tuesday-Thursday, Sept. 3-5, at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Daril L. Scott Jr., pastor of Center Grove AME Zion Church, Tobaccoville, will be the evangelist.

 

Homecoming and revival at Old Smith Grove View Baptist
LINWOOD — Old Smith Grove View Baptist Church will celebrate homecoming on Sunday. The 11 a.m. Sunday message will be brought by host pastor Donald R. Holt Sr.
Lunch is at 1:30 p.m. and the 3 p.m. speaker is Rev. John W. Cade of Files Chapel Baptist Church of Lexington.
Revival services are at 7 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, Sept. 2-4.
Monday: Apostle Michael B. Marshall of Full Deliverance Outreach Center of Lexington;
Tuesday: Rev. Gwen Robinson, associate minister at Buncombe Baptist of Lexington;
Wednesday: Apostle Derek D. Kelly, New Faith Full Gospel Fellowship Center, Lexington.

 

Revival at World of Faith
World of Faith Outreach Ministries, 1500 E. Council St., will hold revival services Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 2-3 at 7 p.m. nightly. Guest speaker will be Bishop Kevin Bost.

 

Brian Free And Assurance
Brian Free, the country’s most awarded tenor singer, and his Southern gospel group Assurance, will be in concert at First Baptist Church, 223 N Fulton St., on Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. This is a free concert with a love offering being taken.
