SALISBURY — Ronnie Wayne Warren, 34, of Salisbury, was arrested Thursday on four outstanding Rowan County warrants.

Warren is charged with felony breaking and entering; felony larceny after breaking and entering; felony attempted breaking and entering; and robbery with a dangerous weapon. The charges date from June 14 to June 17.

Warren was arrested in the 400 block of Grace Church Road. He was issued a $50,000 secured bond.

• A man reported an attempted breaking and entering Tuesday in the 200 block of South Lee Street.

• A man reported an assault Tuesday in the 600 block of Mocksville Avenue.

• A man reported a larceny from a motor vehicle Thursday in the 200 block of Sunset Drive.

• A man reported vandalism Thursday in the 1300 block of Maxwell Street.

• A woman reported a larceny Thursday in the 200 block of East Fisher Street.

• A woman reported fraud Thursday in the 500 block of West Innes Street.

• A man reported fraud Thursday in the 600 block of Gold Hill Drive.

• Marjo Lavon Edwards, 44, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer in the 500 block of East Innes Street.

• Brandon Jermel Black, 31, was charged with misdemeanor possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance Tuesday at Old Wilkesboro Road and Brenner Avenue.

• Shareef Devon Walker, 22, was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in the 2000 block of Harrison Road.

• Antonio Jamel Rankin, 37, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer in the 500 block of Cedar Street.

• Charles Reginald Springs, 63, was charged with felony breaking and entering, preparation to commit burglary and felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance Wednesday at West Innes and Institute streets.

• Kenneth Wayne Miller, 32, was charged with felony larceny  Thursday in the 300 block of North Main Street.

• Tiffany Star-ruth Smith, 28, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor larceny in the 400 block of West 15th Street.

• Roger Dale Ray, 22, was charged Friday with misdemeanor hit-and-run resulting in property damage at Hill and Cooper streets.

• A man reported a larceny from a motor vehicle Wednesday in the 300 block of South Arlington Street.

• A man reported a burglary Wednesday in the 13000 block of Old Beatty Ford Road in Rockwell.

• A man reported a burglary Wednesday in the 5000 block of Millbridge Road.

• A man reported a larceny from a motor vehicle Wednesday in the 6800 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• A woman reported a larceny Wednesday in the 200 block of Cherokee Lane.

• A man reported a larceny from a motor vehicle Thursday in the 400 block of Bonaventure Drive.

• Quick Cash Pawn reported fraud by false pretenses Thursday at the business, 2045 Statesville Boulevard.

• A man reported the larceny of automobile accessories Thursday in the 5500 block of Faith Road.

• A woman reported an assault Thursday in the 200 block of Jandal Court in China Grove.

• A woman reported a larceny Thursday in the 100 block of Country Lane in Mooresville.

• A woman reported a stolen vehicle Thursday in the 200 block of Cherokee Lane.

• Joey Dwayne Justus, 31, was charged Tuesday with felony possession of stolen goods in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• David Myron Dover, 56, was charged Tuesday as a habitual felon in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• William Spencer Balentine, 17, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor Tuesday in the 8300 block of Smith Road in Kannapolis.

• Erick Gabriel Cuevas-Pastrana, 30, was charged Tuesday with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a Schedule II controlled substance in the 400 block of Grace Church Road.

• Kevin Shawn Hurley, 31, was charged Wednesday with felony breaking and entering in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• James Ray Gulledge, 47, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the 5900 block of Stokes Ferry Road.

• Walter Chad Smith, 28, was charged Wednesday with felony breaking and entering in the 2600 block of Emanuel Church Road in Rockwell.

• Dekniveya Janae Joyner, 20, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault Wednesday in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• James Michael Smith, 41, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor communicating threats in the 1100 block of Brown Road in China Grove.

• Jeffery Allen Shue, 46, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing in the 4300 block of Franklin Community Center Road in Salisbury.

• Amaya Michelle Treadway, 18, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• Ronnie Leo Truman, 29, was charged Thursday with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance in the 100 block of East Street.

• Amie Elizabeth Linthicum, 26, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the 9100 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• Drew Edward Menster, 30, was charged Thursday with felony obtaining property by false pretenses in the 700 block of Crawford Road and misdemeanor larceny in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.

• Amy Renee Clement, 39, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer Thursday in the 1000 block of Rock Grove Church Road in Rockwell.

• Morgan Cheyenne Saddler, 39, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of South Salisbury Avenue in Granite Quarry.

• Kelsey Gayle Mayers, 22, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of South Salisbury Avenue in Granite Quarry.

• Hashon Denez Bell, 27, was charged Friday with felony first degree burglary in the 500 block of South Vance Street in Landis.
