Rowan authorities say a man placed on the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office most wanted list last year was arrested this week. Derick Scott Moore, 33, was placed on the list in June 2018 for failing to notify authorities of an address change. Moore is a registered sex offender.

He was arrested by Lexington Police and has been removed from the most wanted list.

In 2010, Moore was convicted in Davidson County of felony indecent liberties with a child. He has misdemeanor convictions for driving while impaired and obstruction of justice.
