• Coleman Ray Buckwell, 30, was charged for failing to appear and comply at the 100 block of E. Liberty Street on Monday.

• John Cletis Jackson, 31, was charged in response to nonpayment at the 500 block of Lake Drive on Monday.

• Carlos Ryuken Rodriguez, 23, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 800 block of N. Church Street on Tuesday.

• A juvenile, 14, was charged with trespassing in the second degree at the 600 block of E. Innes Street on Saturday.
