Letter: New placard best solution for ‘Fame
Perhaps the easiest solution regarding the statute “Fame” is to have a placard on a stand in front of it providing a detailed history with context and intent of having the statute.
Keeping the statue as is will keep some people happy while the placard should appease others knowing that the history and circumstances will not be forgotten.
