Ted Luther, assisted by Paul Rogers and Wayne Kluttz, led efforts nine years ago to establish a golf tournament to support Rowan Helping Ministries’ food pantry in Mt. Ulla. The tournament continues to be held annually in Luther’s memory and has been expanded to support other food pantries and programs of Rowan Helping Ministries.
