SALISBURY — The early-bird deadline for the Disney Institute at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is Friday.

The institute will host Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, a professional development course, on May 2.

The Rowan County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the institute, which will help area professions understand the power of leadership values, discover how customer loyalty can be established and gain insight into how organization culture is strengthened.

The Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire people and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.

The early-bird price is $249 for chamber members and $349 for nonmembers.

Regular registration will begin after Friday’s deadline and is $349 for chamber members and $449 for nonmembers. The last day to register is April 25.

Registration includes all course materials as well as lunch and parking.
