Letter: Age doesn’t matter for lovers

I read the letter published Thursday (“Does age matter in relationships?”) with alacrity. After carefully reflecting, I have two responses.
First, age should not really matter if two single individuals have a relationship that has naturally gravitated into a strong bond.
Second, the comment about “legal” is very important. Over the years, I have observed older, married men who were completely mesmerized by younger women for various reasons. However, unions created in this way not only break God’s law, but they also are usually stimulated by a desire for material and or financial gain on the part of the younger participant. Hence, the term “sugar daddy” surfaces.
