I am looking at compensation for service-connected disabilities.

Various veterans are paid $3,700.92, $3,027.58, $2,469.12 and $617.73 per month. I personally receive $140.05 per month for a service-connected disability.

The amounts of $3,700, $3,027, $2,469, $617 and $140 have a positive effect on our standard of living, but the cents do not.

If the Veterans Administration were to pay only even dollar amounts and withhold the cents from the millions of veterans each month, we veterans could pay for the wall.
