Resolution Run/Walk 5K on Tuesday benefits Rowan Helping Ministries

The Forum and Salisbury Rowan Runners are once again partnering to host the Resolution Run 5K on New Year’s morning, Jan. 1. Entry fee for any age and ability is $10 or $5 with a minimum of three canned goods. All participants can sign up at The Forum on race day morning to participate and receive a high quality race T-shirt. There is no online registration for this event. Start time is 9 a.m. but registration begins at 7:30 a.m.

No awards will be given but each runner or walker will receive their finish place and time. Finish times will also be posted online at www.salisburyrowanrunners.org . Other registration info can be found there as well.

New this year is a grilling and product demonstration from Back Country and Beyond and samples along with other refreshments will be provided. The Forum will offer 2019 specials on this day as well.

Besides the entry fees, donations will be accepted for Rowan Helping Ministries. Participants can bring gently worn or new shoes as well as the canned goods.
