- The new Wallace Educational Forum on North Main Street in Salisbury houses administrative offices of the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
Letter: Richard Miller deserves thanks
Dr. Richard Miller served on the Rowan-Salisbury School Board from December 2010 to December 2018. He served as chairman of the board for two years. Through his leadership, a new superintendent was hired, mediation with the county’s Board of Commission occurred, and the new central office, Wallace Educational Forum, was established. Many hours were put in and much work was done. This was a very trying time. During his tenure, Dr. Miller represented the board with respect and professionalism.
Thank you, Dr. Miller, for your perseverance and hard work, especially in securing the new central office. The building is a testimony of your dedication to Rowan/Salisbury.
It has been an honor to serve on the board with you.
