My grandfather, Bryan Truesdel, worked there from its early years to his retirement.My uncle, Douglas Truesdel, worked there and was on the Buck baseball team (he was the fifth guy on the front row, from left to right.
My mother, Eloise Truesdel Turner, and her best friend, Millicent Stafford Kincaid, met in the village as little girls and have been friends ever since then. We have all enjoyed the stories about the village and the history that indeed made the community a family.
