Tonight: Carolina Artists Expo and reception

The annual Carolina Artists Expo runs through Sept. 22 at the Salisbury Civic Center, 315 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.

Rowan County’s annual Marching Band Preview

SPENCER — Sept. 22: Gates open at 5 p.m.; performances begin at 6 p.m. and conclude around 8:30 p.m. Held at North Rowan High School’s stadium, 300 N. Whitehead Ave.
This community event features performances by each of Rowan County’s high school marching bands and concludes with a spectacular joint performance.
Tickets are $5, children 5 and under free. Concessions will be available.

 

Auditions for LSt’s Polar Express Train Ride

Salisbury Ghost Walk

8 pm Friday-Saturday, Sept 21-22: Walk covers six-block area downtown. Tales of shadow ghosts, apparitions, orbs in 1800s Salisbury.
