Most of today’s showers and thunderstorms will be after 3 p.m., when the heat of the day makes thunderstorm development more likely.

Patchy fog will hang around for a short while this morning. It will be mostly cloudy and 83, with light wind. The chance of rain is 60 percent, with a tenth to quarter inch possible, except higher in thunderstorms.

Tonight also has a 60 percent chance of showers and storms. It will be mostly cloudy and 67, with a tenth to quarter inch more rain. Patchy fog will form after 3 a.m.

Thursday will start with patchy fog, then become mostly sunny, with a high of 88. Thursday night will be partly cloudy and 69.

Friday will be partly sunny and 90, with just a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Friday night will have the same chance of storms and showers, be mostly cloudy and 68.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and 89, with a 30 percent chance of storms and showers after 3 p.m. The same chance of rain is possible through 8 p.m., with a low of 67 and partly cloudy skies.

Sunday will be partly sunny and 88, with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. The same chance of rain continues Sunday night, with a low of 68 and mostly cloudy skies.

Monday brings a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. It will be mostly cloudy and 86. Monday night also has a 60 percent chance of showers and storms, with a low of 68.

Tuesday will have a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms and be mostly cloudy and 83.
