Letter: Put this on the ballot

Since the state legislature is so hell-bent on putting a new voter ID requirement on the ballot for a constitutional amendment, I have another they can add — term limits for all state legislators.
Maybe if we can get enough states to do this, it will force Congress to finally accept term limits.
