Rowan weather: Mostly sunny again

We made it to Wednesday and there’s not a drop of rain around.

Today will be mostly sunny and 84, with west northwest wind at 5-7 mph. Tonight will be partly cloudy and 61, with some patchy fog between 3 and 5 a.m. North northwest wind will be at 3-5 mph.

Today, Thursday and Friday will be Code Yellow air quality days, meaning unusually sensitive people may be affected. The main problem is ozone.

Thursday, we’ll see some fog before 8 a.m., then it will be mostly sunny and 81, with northeast wind at 3-7 mph. Thursday night will be partly cloudy and 65, with light east wind.

Friday warms up to 87 under mostly sunny skies, with light south wind. A 20 percent chance of showers arrives Friday night, with a low of 69.

The weekend should be fine, with a mostly sunny Saturday and a high of 88. A 30 percent chance of showers and storms is possible after 3 p.m. That same chance of showers and storms continues until around 8 p.m. Saturday night, with a low of 70 and partly cloudy skies.

Sunday will be partly sunny and very warm, with a high of 89. A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is possible after 11 a.m. The chance of storms and showers goes up to 60 percent Sunday night, which will be mostly cloudy and 68.

Monday will have a 30 percent chance of showers and be mostly cloudy and 83. The low will be 66, with a 40 percent chance of showers.
