We all hear and read from our own perspective. That said, I read Jessica Coates article about Salisbury City Council’s goals and immediately thought: we are striving for a piece of ever-decreasing pie of available money. Economic initiatives and downtown development take money. Community development takes money. Youth initiatives take money.

There is not enough money without a better business environment. The frustration is that it is available.
