Approximately 115 high school students auditioned on Feb. 17 at West Rowan High School for this year’s all county chorus. Eighty-five were selected to represent North, Carson, South, West and East.

Those 85 students came together on April 12 at East to begin preparations for this year’s concert. That concert will also include the Middle School All County Chorus.

Dr. Marc Foster from High Point University will direct the high school chorus, with Lee Made, retired high school choral director from Lexington High School, directing the middle school chorus.

The concert will be held in East Rowan High School auditorium on Friday, April 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Doors will open at 6:10 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public.
