Letter: We need to respect each other more

Published 10:59 am Saturday, March 3, 2018

At 76, soon to be 77, I am either on the down side of life or at the beginning. It’s just fine with me now — one day at a time.

The fight with our world of women and men is crazy. All the sins of the world are raising their ugly head sin 2018.

What are we teaching our children? Get their heads out of the sand and move forward. The children are watching.

Just say no and mean it. Stand up for yourself. No drinking, also.

I am happy these women have finally come forward; I just hope its not too late to make a difference.

I was raised with six brothers and never had to worry about things like what’s going on in this day and age. We had respect and watchful parents.

What a shame that we don’t have respect for our world any longer or each other.
