EAST SPENCER — Love Christian Center, 102 North Long St., will celebrate homecoming on Sunday.
The 10 a.m. speaker will be Minister Tony Snipes, associate minister at Word of Life Family Worship Center. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling.
The 4 p.m. speaker will be Apostle Charlene Kellam, pastor of Bethel Power of Faith Ministries and Chief Overseer of Christ Deliverance Temple of Dublin, Ga.

McMahan’s initial sermon
COOLEEMEE — Deacon Quintenna W. McMahan will deliver her initial sermon at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Cooleemee on Sunday at 3 p.m..
Selenea Barker, Refuge Community Church of Cooleemee; Rev. James Fowler, Greater Cleveland Church of Winston-Salem; and Deshaun Cuthbertson, Ambassador for Jesus will minister in songs.

Bethel Evangelical Lutheran
The adult choir will sing at the 10:30 a.m. service at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 355 East Ridge Road. At the 7 p.m. evening service, the guest minister will be Rev. Susan Bame from Lutheran Chapel in China Grove.

Rainbow Tea at Erwin Temple
The Missionary Society will host a annual Rainbow Tea at Erwin Temple CME Church, 155 Erwin Temple Church Road, Sunday at 3 p.m. Four colors of the rainbow will be represented: red, green, purple and orange. Those in each color group will present a talent program of enjoyable entertainment. Following the program, food will be served in the fellowship hall. Rev. Ervin L. Hannah Jr. is host pastor.

Care service at Outreach Christian Ministries
Outreach Christian Ministries, 722 W. Horah St., will be having a Shepherd’s Care service on Sunday with Bishop Stephen Williams from Goodwill Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, as the speaker.

Speakers at First UCC
