Letter: City trash pickup should be better

The writer is referring to a story in the Feb. 8 paper, “Public services directors discuss new garbage pickup triumphs, setbacks.”
I am squarely in Shelley Palmer’s corner on trash pickup. I pay too much money to the city, not only in taxes but in utility add-ons like paying for corporate run-off fees, to endure such minimal service. How about giving us our money’s worth?
