Is anyone besides me livid with their power bill? I know we have had some cold days, but my bill was $214 and I live alone.

I have talked to others who have had bills of $750, $300, $250 and $800, with some of these keeping their thermostat on 63, 69 or 65 degrees. This is crazy.

I have never had a power bill like this. Guess Duke Energy is trying to charge us for their coal ash clean up.

We all need to protest this because some of us are on a very limited income and can’t afford these increases for power!
