South Rowan rappelling tower burned
LANDIS — School system officials report that the rappelling tower at South Rowan High School, was burned down early Wednesday morning.
The structure is frequently used by the school’s JROTC program, which serves students at South Rowan and at Carson High School.
According to Public Information Officer Rita Foil, the incident is being investigated by the Landis Police Department.
