Salisbury Police have obtained warrants in the murder of Deshawn Patrick Clark which occurred the night of Nov. 3 at Taco Bell on East Innes Street. Police are looking for Tariq Khalid Mosley Jr., 20, of Salisbury. He has an outstanding warrant for murder.
