Letter: A different kind of equality

A few of us folk around Rockwell would like to address the issue of equality of choice in town concerning the number of auto parts stores, versus the grocery store choices, hamburger joints, restaurants, pizza places and gas stations galore. Now the fourth auto parts store is about to open, but there’s only one grocery store. Come on, town fathers.
Please even consider another chain in addition to Food Lion for choice’s sake. The idea of children pushing food buggies was a bad idea. Kids with buggies among serious shoppers ain’t kosher.
Four car parts stores to one grocery store is not a fair balance. We would appreciate even an Aldis.
