Letter: Message from Marley: We are blessed

My name is Marley and I am a Canine Angel Therapy Dog. I would like to express my appreciation to North Hills Christian School and Rebecca Rider for including me in the article, “Paws on Reading,” in the Salisbury Post.
Three years ago NHCS gave me and Mom a chance to come into their school and tell my story. You were willing to reach out in faith and encourage me to partner with you in your reading program. You opened the doors of your classrooms and stole our hearts!
We cherish all of the memories that we have of our time together. They are forever imprinted on our lives. We rejoice that God has a special plan for each one of you and we lift you up in prayer as we encourage you to excel in reading and watch you grow. He has a purpose for me as well. So here I am, Jesus; I’m all yours!
In the words of Mother Teresa, “Not all of us can do great things, but we can do small things with great love.”
