We should have mostly clear skies for today’s solar eclipse, so the viewing should be good.
It will be sunny and 90 with southeast wind around 5 mph this afternoon. Tonight will be mostly clear and 69, with south southeast wind at 3-5 mph.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny and 90 again, with a 20 percent chance of showers after 3 p.m. South southwest wind will be at 3-7 mph.
Tuesday night has the same 20 percent chance of showers, with a possible thunderstorm. It will be partly cloudy and 71 with south southwest wind at 5 mph.
Wednesday, we have a good chance of showers and thunderstorms — 60 percent. It will be partly sunny and 90 with winds shifting to the west southwest around 5 mph.
The same chance of storms and showers continues Wednesday night, with thunderstorms tapering off after midnight. It will be mostly cloudy and 66.
We’ll get a break from the 90s on Thursday, when it will be partly sunny and 81. And the low will be a refreshing 63.
Friday, too, will be cooler, but still mostly sunny with a high of 83. The low will be 63 again.
Saturday will be mostly sunny and 82 with a low of 64.
